Tournament structures

- Main Event guarantee includes 5 packages (€5,000 Cyprus EAPT GF 2024) for 1-5 places of the Main Event EAPT Malta. Flight to MPP include 1 package (€5,000 Cyprus EAPT GF 2024)

- A minimum of 15 players is required to start any tournament.

- Guarantees include bounty and 5% for staff. During  heads-up or deal play, the level time  will be reduced.

 - Players can win any number of live satellites (But 1 ticket in one satellite only)  and must use them for re-entry. When registration is closed - refund money.

- The Tournament Director (TD) reserves the right to add or subtract any level or day from any tournament and to change structures or schedules.

- The TD has final decision on all the rules. Main Event Final Table levels will change every 20 hands.

- For the Main Event and Flight to MPP, ITM starts on Day 2.

-The Grand Final Package is not transferable to any other player and cannot be cashed out.

- 5% of each  prize pool will be withheld for staff , marketing and operation costs.


Win Your Seat


One of EA Poker Tour's main partners is the largest network GG Poker. And qualifiers for the EAPT Malta Main Event are already running in EA Poker. Online you can win a €1,650 entry package (includes the tournament buy-in and 5 nights accommodation in a 5-star hotel Hilton Malta).


You will be able to start your journey to the EAPT trophy at virtually no cost to you. The ladder of qualifying tournaments starts with Centrolls (€1 buy-in tournaments):


  • Centroll for €0.01 → Quarter Finals [Phase 1] for €1.65 → Semi Finals [Phase 2] for €16.50 → Final Satellite for €165.


As the name suggests, the satellites are played in a Phase format.

Phases are special qualifiers where you have to survive a certain number of levels in a tournament to advance your stack to the next phase.


The final €165 satellite will start on 25th February at 21:05 CET. The guaranteed prize pool is 5 EAPT Malta membership packages. All players will start with a stack of 100,000 chips (100 BB) with levels increasing every 8 minutes.


How to find satellites:


Open any EA Poker client, type "eapt" in the search bar and don't forget to uncheck "Hide satellites" if you have it checked.



  • The winner of EAPT Malta Festival ME package Qualifier held on the Website (the “Winner”) will win a €1,650 that includes: €560 main event seat entry, 5 nights’ accommodation at the Hilton Malta Hotel (paid directly to the hotel).
  • The Winner cannot redeem the Prize for cash or transfer the Prize in any way. 
  • On the occasion that the winner is unable to attend the EAPT Malta Festival (for any reason), the monetary value of the Prize will not be paid to the winner, nor will the prize be provided, nor shall he/she be entitled to receive any part of the prize.
