The EAPT returns to Rozvadov in November with a total guarantee of over €450,000

The second season of the EA Poker Tour continues its European voyage. The third stop is King's Casino in Rozvadov, Czech Republic, with 13 cups and a total guarantee of more than €450,000 over seven days of play.

Situated on the border of Germany and the Czech Republic, Rozvadov has long been one of Central Europe's most popular destinations for players. It's easy to see why: Rozvadov hosts tournaments with enviable regularity. The King's Casino itself can accommodate hundreds of players, and they can play for trophies in both low-cost tournament festivals and the biggest series in the world.

For example, the European edition of the World Series of Poker has been coming to Rozvadov for the past decade, always attracting more than half a thousand players in search of WSOP bracelets. The EA Poker Tour (EAPT) also started in Rozvadov in the summer of 2023. Last June's €560 EAPT Rozvadov Main Event attracted 596 entrants and the event's champion, 'Bare Pele 12', took home €81,500. Bare Pele 12 started his journey to victory with a satellite for just €90! 

• Key tournaments in the series

- It all starts with the €250 Luxon Pay Mystery Bounty tournament with a €40,000 guarantee. There will be two starting flights 1A and 1B with 30 minute levels. The starting stack is 40,000 chips, starting blinds are 100/200 and late registration will be available for 11 levels. The second and final day of the tournament will start on 20 November at 18:00 and play will continue until a winner is determined. 

The number of re-entries is unlimited on each of the registration days, and 'mystery' prize draw envelopes will be available from the start of Day 2. The winner of this tournament is guaranteed a holiday on Cyprus next May.

- The EAPT Rozvadov Main Event will take place from 21-25 November. The buy-in has been reduced to €500 and the guarantee is €250,000. There will be five starting flights: Days 1A, 1B and 1C with 30 minute levels, a slightly faster Day 1D with 25 minute levels and a Turbo 1D with 12 minute levels. Each player will start the day with 40,000 chips (blinds 100/200). Day 2 will run until the final table on 24 November and on 25 November players will find out who has earned the title. On Day 2 and Day 3, the length of the levels will be increased to 40 minutes.

The Luxon Pay Mystery Bounty and Main Event tournaments will be played via satellites. Qualifying for the first will cost just €55, while qualifying for the second will cost €90.

There's also an included bonus for the Main Event finalists: the top two finishers will receive not only prize money, but also a €10,500 ticket to the WSOP Europe Main Event. There's also a $4,000 Luxon Pay Grand Final package for the first three places. The package includes buy-in to the Luxon Pay Grand Final Main Event (to be held in Northern Cyprus next spring) + accommodation at the five-star Merit Hotel + airport transfers.

The Main Event Online Day will take place on the 10th of November on the GGPoker network. The Online Day is a full-fledged Main Event starting flight, only you get to play it in the comfort of your own home. All online players will start with the same amount of chips (40,000) as those playing live at King's Casino. Levels last 15 minutes each, with an initial depth of 200 big blinds. The online day will continue until ITM, after which all survivors will be invited to the tournament room at King's Casino Rozvadov on 24 November at 17:00 to continue with their online stack on Day 2 of the EAPT Rozvadov Main Event. Everyone will be in the money on Day 2.

Online day satellites start at €5.50 and the final satellite is €55 and will take place on 10 November at 15:05 UTC. To find the satellites or the Online Day, open any GGPoker client, type 'eapt' in the search bar and don't forget to uncheck 'hide satellites' if you have it checked.

There will be two tournaments for high rollers at EAPT Rozvadov.

- The two-day High Roller Bounty will take place on 21 and 22 November with a buy-in of €1,100 and a guarantee of €40,000. Late registration for this event will last for 12 levels of 25 minutes each, with 10 levels played on the first day and the winner determined on the second day. There is a €300 reward for every opponent knocked out;

- One-Day High Roller (24 November). The buy-in is €1,100 and the guarantee is €40,000. The starting stack is 40,000 chips (blinds 100/200) and levels increase every 20 minutes. Entries will be available for the first 11 levels.

Side tournaments

In the evenings at EAPT Rozvadov, players will have the opportunity to participate in low-cost and short tournaments. There's an Omaha tournament for €250 to start and a classic Knockout tournament for the same money. The Turbo Deep Stack, Friday Night Turbo, Classic Bounty and Deep Stack Bounty are very budget friendly (just €150) and offer the chance to compete for the EAPT trophy in the formats you prefer, while there's another special €250 tournament for Omaha players towards the end of the series.
